We are hiring Business Associates / Customer Retention Executives for leading telecom voice processes.

Job Role

• Voice Process – Customer Retention / Inbound Support

• Handling customer queries, retention calls, and service-related support

Eligibility / Qualification

• PUC / Plus Two / Diploma / Any Degree

• Candidates with backlogs can be considered

• Freshers & experienced candidates can apply

Language Requirements

• Fluent Kannada + Average English (Airtel Retention – Voice)

• Fluent Malayalam + Good English (VI Postpaid Inbound Voice)

Salary Details

• Kannada Process (Airtel Retention):

  • ₹20,000 CTC

  • ₹18,000 Net Take Home

• Malayalam Process (VI Postpaid):

  • English + Malayalam: ₹18,000/- Take Home

  🚕 One-way cab facility provided for evening shifts(for malayalam process)
