We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Support Executive to join our team at Olive Chairs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, providing exceptional support, and resolving queries related to our office chair products. Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Address customer queries, resolve concerns, and manage complaints in a timely manner.
Make first connect calls to customers and take product reviews after delivery.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up whenever required.
Provide customers with correct and helpful information regarding product usage and warranty.
Meet performance targets and coordinate with internal teams to handle complex cases.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (as per your requirement—feel free to adjust).
Experience: 0–2 years in customer support or a similar role (freshers can also apply).
Must be comfortable working 6 days a week.
Shift Timing: Morning 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer issues patiently and professionally.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
