Position: Customer Relationship Executive / Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist walk-in clients with professionalism and warmth
Coordinate with the sales and management team for smooth client handling
interact with client during site visit for smooth, friendly client experience
Handle front-office operations and maintain an organized environment
Assist in documentation and client database management
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
Polished personality and excellent presentation skills
Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
Ability to speak and understand customer.
Qualification: Graduate (mass communication )
Experience: 1–3 years (Real estate or hospitality background preferred)
Salary: As per industry standards
