Job Title: CRM Executive

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing customer relationships, supporting sales activities, monitoring employee performance, and ensuring timely communication and reporting to achieve business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Coordinate with sales team leads and track customer visits.

Collect customer feedback and submit reports on time.

Monitor and maintain daily employee work performance records.

Communicate with customers to follow up and close sales opportunities.

Maintain accurate customer data and CRM records.

Support sales teams in achieving targets and improving customer satisfaction.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.

Resolve customer queries and ensure timely responses.
