Job Summary

Ayucar Labs is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Assistant to support sales operations, marketing activities, customer coordination, invoicing, and digital promotion of Ayurvedic products. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, strong Excel skills, and an understanding of digital marketing and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sales coordination, customer follow-ups, and order management.

• Handle invoicing, billing, basic accounting, and Excel-based reporting.

• Support digital marketing activities including social media and online promotions.

• Maintain sales, inventory, and customer data records accurately.

• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and marketing teams for smooth operations.

• Assist in team management, daily office operations, and business growth activities.
