We are looking for a Customer Experience Executive to join our team at Shariden Private Limited to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to B2C Sales. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers and collect feedback on their product and brand experience.

• Manage the end-to-end customer feedback process, including follow-ups and issue coordination.

• Monitor online customer reviews, ratings, and brand reputation across e-commerce platforms.

• Stay updated with product catalogues, features, specifications, and brand information.

• Identify customer concerns and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.

• Maintain customer feedback records and share actionable insights to improve customer satisfaction.

  Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support or Customer Experience.

  • Proficiency English, and other languages (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam)

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Confident, proactive, and comfortable interacting with customers over calls.

  • Willingness to learn about products, brands, and customer service processes.

  • Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 1 - 2 years of experience. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with 6 days working during the Day shift.
