Customer Experience Executive

Our client connects people and possibilities through our worldwide portfolio of shipping, transportation, e-commerce and digital supply chain services.

Role: Customer Experience Agent (100% voice process/blended)

Shifts : Rotational Shifts of 9 hrs each (between 7.30am to 10.30pm)

Working days: 5 days (Rotational)

Responsibilities -

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to resolve queries and provide accurate information

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely resolution

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system

• Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines

• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
