We are looking for a Customer Experience Executive to join our team at GRS Fantasy Park. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to B2B Sales. The role offers ₹18,000 - ₹27,000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and make them feel comfortable and excited- Engage with visitors and guide them through different photobooths- Assist customers in taking high-quality photos (angles, poses, lighting guidance) - Suggest creative poses and ideas to enhance their photos - Ensure every guest has a smooth, fun, and memorable experience- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of all photo booths - Manage basic crowd flow and ensure orderly usage - Support in promoting the Selfie Factory experience within the park
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below Degree and Any experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
