Hiring Associate Customer Support || WFO

Job Profile:-

Handle customer queries via voice calls/chat
Provide effective resolution to customer queries
Minimum qualification: 10+2 or 3 Years Diploma
Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi
Customer-oriented approach
Ready to work in 24/7 shifts
Typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
Cab facilities available(Odd hours)
