Customer Support Executive – Voice Process
Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)
Process: Domestic Customer Support – Voice Process
Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹22,000 CTC per month (Based on Assessment Score)
Shift: Rotational Shift (9 Hours)
Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 6 months of Customer Service experience (Mandatory)
Both Graduates and Undergraduates can apply
Excellent English communication skills (Verbal & Written)
Comfortable working in rotational shifts
Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
Typing speed: 20 WPM with 85% accuracy
Assessment Score: Versant Level 4 or above
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions through inbound voice calls.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests effectively.
Deliver a high-quality customer experience while maintaining service standards.
Accurately document customer interactions and case details.
Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
Training Details
15 Days Training
Followed by 2 Weeks On-the-Job Training (OJT)
