We are hiring Customer Service Advisors for an international voice customer support role catering to the US market.

The role involves handling inbound customer calls, understanding customer concerns, providing accurate resolutions, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle approximately 40–50 inbound customer calls per day

• Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently

• Assist customers with:

  • Order cancellations

  • Refund requests

  • Lost or missing orders

  • Return-related queries

  • Payment and money-back concerns

  • General retail/order-related issues

• Provide clear, professional, and empathetic customer support

• Follow defined SOPs and quality guidelines

• Accurately document customer interactions

• Maintain required productivity and quality standards

Mandatory Requirements – Experienced Candidates

• Minimum 1 year of BPO Customer Service experience

• Relevant experience in Retail, Airline, or Insurance Customer Service

• International Voice experience preferred

• C1/C2 level English communication

• Strong customer handling and active listening skills

• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Comfortable working in a high-volume calling environment

• Basic computer and CRM handling skills

• Understanding of customer service quality parameters

• No employment gaps

• Candidates currently serving their notice period will be preferred
