Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and responsible Game Operator / Customer Handling Executive to manage customers and operate our Laser Tag gaming arena.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and handle customers professionally.

• Explain game rules, packages and pricing.

• Give safety and game briefings.

• Operate and manage Laser Tag equipment.

• Manage game sessions and customer flow.

• Handle walk-in customers and inquiries.

• Assist with birthday parties and private/corporate events.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of the gaming area.

• Check equipment and report technical issues.

• Help generate bookings and sales.

• Maintain discipline and follow company SOPs.

Requirements:

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Energetic, punctual and responsible.

• Comfortable working in a gaming/entertainment environment.

• Previous gaming, sales or customer-service experience is a plus.

Salary: ₹12,000–₹15,000/month + sales incentive
Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
