Manage and lead a team in Inbound Customer Service
Monitor and achieve KPIs including:
SLA | AL | Forecasting | Roster | Hold | Login Delivery Calculation | C-SAT | Repeat Call Analysis | Abandoned % | Manpower Planning | Attrition | Shrinkage
🔹 Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as Team Leader in customer service (inbound process)
Strong knowledge of inbound KPIs & reporting
Life Insurance experience preferred
Excellent English communication skills
Day Shift availability (9:45 AM – 7:00 PM)
🔹 What We Offer:
