Customer Service and Back Office Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated professional to handle back office operations and customer support activities. The ideal candidate will manage documentation, coordinate with customers, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle back office operations including data entry, documentation, and record maintenance
Provide prompt and effective customer support via phone, email, and other channels
Coordinate with customers to resolve queries and address concerns
Prepare and maintain reports using MS Word and Excel
Manage correspondence and follow-ups with clients and vendors
Support general administrative and operational tasks as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Internet
At least 1-2 years of working experience in MSME trading firms
Candidates with experience in Finance, IT/ITES sectors are not preferred
Age: Below 35 years
