We are hiring a Female Customer Support Executive / Customer Support Manager to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries via chat/calls, resolving complaints professionally, coordinating with logistics/operations teams, managing order-related issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer support through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and email

• Resolve complaints, exchange/return requests, and order issues

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

• Maintain polite and professional communication with customers

• Track customer issues and follow up until resolution

• Assist in improving overall customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English

• Basic computer/smartphone handling knowledge

• Prior customer support experience preferred

• Organized, responsible, and professional attitude
