About the Role

We are seeking a smart, dynamic, and highly presentable Executive Management Assistant to work directly with the Managing Director of our group. This role goes beyond traditional executive assistance - it’s an opportunity to be part of strategic initiatives, manage high-level communication, and contribute to the professional branding of the management.

You’ll serve as the MD’s right hand, ensuring efficiency, organisation, and a strong professional image both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the Managing Director.

• Coordinate meetings, travel schedules, presentations, and follow-ups on key business actions.

• Assist in managing the MD’s professional and digital presence, including LinkedIn visibility, event representation, and speaking engagements.

• Prepare reports, communication drafts, and briefing notes for internal and external meetings.

• Support in HR coordination, internal communication, and cross-functional follow-ups.

• Organise and oversee seminars, conferences, and business networking events.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or HR.

• Professional experience as Executive Assistant / HR Professional / Corporate Communications Executive.

• Excellent command of English (written and verbal).

• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask across diverse business domains.

• High proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, and business communication tools.

• A polished, presentable personality with strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
