Customer Service Executive – Chat Support / Voice Process

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply

• Experienced candidates are also welcome

• Excellent communication skills as per process requirement

• Customer-centric attitude with strong problem-solving abilities

• Immediate joiners preferred

🔹 Language Requirements

• For Domestic Process:
  ➤ Bengali & Hindi communication mandatory

• For International Process:
  ➤ Fluent English communication mandatory

🔹 Work Schedule

• 6 days working, 1 weekly off

• 9-hour shift (including 1-hour break)

🔹 Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000

• Salary based on process, experience, language proficiency, and performance
