• Designation-

• Customer Support Associate.

• Job Profile-

• Have to resolve customers query Voice Call

• Mandatory Criteria-

• Minimum HS

• Both fresher & experienced can apply

• Excellent verbal communication skill in English & Bengali without major MTI for Voice process

• Customer Orientation.

• Rotational Shift ( except females ) , 9 hours of the day, 8 hrs. work and 1-hour break

• No planned leave for upcoming 3 months after joining

• 6 Days working 1 days rotational week off

• Should have a typing speed of 30WPM with 90% accuracy

• Interview Structure-

• HR round - General check.

• Typing Test

• OPS round General Check

• Client Round Video Call

• Documents Required

• Education Mark sheets

• Aadhar Card

• Pan Card
