Customer Care Service

Location: BANGALORE

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Associates to join our team at PVR / INOX cinemas. The role involves handling ticketing, food & beverage services, billing, and delivering excellent customer support to ensure a great movie experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle movie ticket booking and billing

• Manage food & beverage counters (popcorn, snacks, beverages)

• Provide excellent customer service to guests

• Assist customers with queries and theatre guidance

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards

• Support smooth operations inside the multiplex

• Handle cash/card transactions accurately

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Any Degree

• Good communication skills (basic English required)

• Customer-friendly attitude

• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹28,000 per month (CTC)

• Includes: PF & ESI benefits

• Performance Bonus: ₹2,000 – ₹10,000 (based on performance)

• Cab facility available (as per shift/company policy)
