Handle inbound and outbound customer queries related to Tata Motors products and services.
Provide accurate information, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain records of interactions, follow up on issues, and escalate unresolved queries if needed.
Meet daily and monthly targets related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Must have excellent communication skills in English – both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer pressure.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Prior experience in a customer support or BPO process is a plus.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
