Customer Service Executive – Inbound
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle inbound customer calls, understand customer requirements, resolve queries, and provide a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls and respond professionally.
Understand and resolve customer queries, requests, and complaints.
Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and processes.
Record customer interactions and update details in the CRM/system.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
Follow company policies, quality standards, and call-handling procedures.
Achieve assigned KPIs such as customer satisfaction, call quality, and productivity.
Maintain a professional and courteous approach throughout customer interactions.
