Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Location: Hamilton, BBD Viraj Tower, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow

Salary: ₹1,68,000 – ₹2,04,000 per annum (₹14,000 – ₹18,000 in hand)

Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives to manage communication between customers and riders, ensuring efficient resolution of queries and a smooth service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and riders.

• Address and resolve queries in a timely and professional manner.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Communicate clearly and effectively in both English and Hindi.

Requirements:

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred.

• Strong verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in English and Hindi is a must.

Work Schedule:

• 6 days working with 1 rotational weekly off.
