Call allocation of Service Engineers and their travel planning.
Provide quotation to customers for service and take approvals.
Ensure proper documentation for all Service calls and contracts.
Manage Preventive maintenance schedules for Annual Contracts.
Manage Service tracking sheet and ensure proper data is filled on Daily Basis.
MIS reporting in assigned formats.
