Job Summary:

We are hiring Key Account Managers (KAM) to manage client relationships, support account operations, and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and clients. This role is suitable for both MBA freshers and experienced candidates who have strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain relationships with assigned accounts
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
Handle client queries and provide effective solutions
Monitor account performance and maintain records
Support business operations and reporting activities
Ensure clear communication in Hindi and English

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Any Graduate (10+2+3) with minimum 1 year of experience OR MBA Freshers
Language: Fluent in Hindi and English
Versant Level: 4
