Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via voice/chat/email

• Provide timely and accurate resolutions

• Maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction

• Follow company guidelines and process compliance

Eligibility Criteria:

• HSC / Graduate (Freshers & Experienced both can apply)

• Good English communication skills (mandatory)

• Willingness to work in rotational international shifts (US/UK/Canadian/Australian)

• Immediate joiners preferred
