Customer Support Executive – Domestic E-commerce Process

Location: Jaipur (Sitapura)
Work Mode: Work from Office
Salary: ₹16K – ₹18K CTC (1.5 – 3 LPA range)

Job Role:
Customer Support (Voice / Email / Chat)

Job Description:

Handle customer queries and provide timely resolution
Maintain quality and customer satisfaction
Work on voice, email, and chat support
Meet basic productivity and SLA targets

Eligibility:

UG / Graduate freshers can apply
Experienced candidates must have minimum 6 months experience with documents
Average communication skills required
Typing speed: 30 WPM with 90% accuracy

Work Details:

6 days working
Rotational shifts
1 rotational week off
Immediate joiners preferred
No leaves allowed in the first 3 months

Selection Process:
HR Round → Assessment → Ops Round → Final Assessment
