Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented professionals for the role of Inbound Customer Service Executive.

The role involves handling customer queries over calls, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner

• Address customer queries, concerns, and service requests

• Provide accurate information related to banking products and services

• Ensure first-call resolution (FCR) wherever possible

• Maintain defined quality and compliance standards

• Deliver a high-quality customer experience

• Accurately document interactions and update records in the system

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation is mandatory

• Freshers are welcome to apply

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)

• Basic computer proficiency

• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Shifts & Working Hours

• Male Candidates: 24x7 rotational shifts

• Female Candidates: Between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (9-hour rotational shift)

Salary & Benefits

• ₹15,000 In-hand per month

• ₹1,500 bonus after training completion

• ₹1,500 bonus after 60 days in production
