Responsibilities:

· Handling incoming calls from customers through the dedicated customer care number (9262646464)

· Resolving queries related to TraderzPlanet’s services, including subscription plans, renewals, vendor contact details, and job inquiries

· Assisting customers with purchasing or renewing their subscription plans

· Guiding callers who need vendor contact information and addressing their requirements

· Responding to job-related inquiries and guiding potential applicants on how to apply

· Ensuring all customer interactions are logged and tracked properly in the system

· Maintaining professionalism and ensuring customer satisfaction in every interaction

What you’ll be doing?

· Act as the first point of contact for all inbound customer queries

· Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions about TraderzPlanet’s offerings

· Guide customers through the process of subscribing or renewing their plans

· Offer assistance and ensure that every call is handled efficiently and professionally

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TraderzPlanet’s services and provide correct information to callers
