We're Hiring: Customer Support Representative (No calling)

Location: Minto Park, Sarat Bose Road, Kolkata (Work from office)

Hours: 10 AM to 7:30 PM, 6 days a week

Start Date: Immediate

Help Customers: Reply to customer questions and concerns over chat and email.
Solve Problems: Handle issues quickly and clearly, keeping customers happy.
Work as a Team: Share ideas to improve how we support our customers.
Stay On Brand: Follow our tone and quality guidelines in every message.
