Job Responsibilities:

• Attend walk-in customers and provide in-person customer support related to car accessories.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.

• Prepare and share quotations accurately and promptly.

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.

• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and other messaging platforms.

• Coordinate with the sales and installation team for smooth order processing.

• Maintain customer records and follow up on leads and pending inquiries.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Marathi

• Good communication skills in Gujrati will be an added advantage.

• Prior experience in customer service or automobile/car accessories industry preferred.

• Basic knowledge of billing, quotations, and MS Office/WhatsApp Business.

• Polite, customer-focused, and well-organized personality.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Ability to handle multiple customers efficiently.

• Presentable and confident in face-to-face interactions.

• Willingness to learn product details and upsell accessories.

• It is a Full Time కస్టమర్ మద్దతు / టెలికాలర్ job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
