KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer queries through inbound and outbound calls.

• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.

• Communicate professionally and maintain customer satisfaction.

• Manage customer emails and provide clear, timely responses for blended process profiles.

• Maintain accurate customer records and follow process guidelines.

• Meet assigned productivity, quality, and performance targets.

• Ensure professional communication and high service quality.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Undergraduate.

• Freshers can apply.

• Experienced candidates must have at least 6 months of documented BPO experience.

• English communication proficiency: Skill Level 4 or above.

• Good typing speed as per the selected profile.

• Original marksheet is mandatory at the time of joining.

• Freshers must have an Aadhaar-linked bank account with a nationalized bank.

• Freshers must not have previously worked under the NAPS scheme.
