Inbound Voice Customer Support Executive – Airtel Black

Process: Airtel Black – Premium Telecom Customer Support

Role Overview

We are hiring Inbound Voice Customer Support Executives for the Airtel Black process. This role involves handling inbound customer calls for premium telecom customers, understanding their concerns, and providing accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining high service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally

• Understand customer queries related to telecom services and resolve them effectively

• Ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to quality benchmarks

• Maintain accurate call and interaction records

• Follow process guidelines and compliance requirements

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Any Graduation is mandatory

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

• Languages Required (Must):

  • English + Hindi OR

  • English + Tamil OR

  • English + Malayalam

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and one regional language

Work Schedule

• Shift Type: Rotational day shifts

  • 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

  • 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

  • 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Weekly Offs: 2 rotational week offs

• Candidates staying nearby the work location are preferred

Training Details

• Training Duration: 45 days

• Training Stipend: ₹570 per day

• Salary will start after successful completion of training

Salary

• Take-home Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (finalised based on interview performance)

• Other allowances applicable as per company policy

• Comfortable with voice-based customer support

• Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills
