Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for our voice process. Candidates will handle customer queries, provide accurate information, resolve concerns professionally, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls

• Resolve customer queries efficiently

• Maintain professional communication

• Update customer information in the system

• Meet quality and productivity targets

Candidate Profile:

• HSC/Graduate (Freshers & Experienced can apply)

• Good English communication skills

• Customer-focused with a positive attitude

• Immediate joiners preferred

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 In-hand + Attractive Incentives (depending on interview)
