Position: Telesales, Vacancies -35

Qualification: 12th /Graduate

Salary: 11k -25K+ incentives

Experience: Fresher/Experience

Working would be for 6 days and Sunday fixed off.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele-caller to contribute to generating sales for our company.

· You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

· An effective tele-caller must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.

· They must be comfortable presenting services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

· The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

· Contacting potential customers or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.

· Answering questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.

· Answering questions about the services or the company.

· Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

REQUIREMENTS

· Good communication and inter-personal skills.

· Cool-tempered and able to handle pressure.

· No MTI or Language error.

· Candidate should be more than 18.

· Ability to learn about services and describe them to the prospects.
