RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, or chat.

• Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.

• Promote and sell products/services to customers when required.

• Achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets.

• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.

• Follow company policies and quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Support or Sales (must be verifiable with official employment documents).

• Experience must be supported by valid documents, such as:

  • Experience letter

  • Offer/Appointment letter

  • Relieving letter

  • Salary slips or bank statements (if required)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts.

• Willingness to work on rotational weekly offs.

• Customer-oriented with good problem-solving skills.

Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year of on-paper experience in Customer Support or Sales.

• Must possess all relevant employment documents for verification.

• Immediate joiners are preferred (if applicable).
