• Call existing customers daily for order booking

• Send product photos, PDFs, catalogs, and scheme details on WhatsApp

• Understand customer requirements and suggest products

• Prepare sales invoices/orders in software

• Coordinate with warehouse team for dispatch

• Follow up with customers regarding pending orders and delivery status

• Follow up for payments and outstanding balances

• Maintain customer calling records and order status

• Inform customers about new arrivals, offers, and schemes

• Resolve basic customer complaints or escalate to seniors

• Maintain proper communication between customer, sales team, and warehouse
