We are looking for Chat Customer Service Representatives to support customers across email, call, and chat channels. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔ Handle customer queries via chat and email
✔ Resolve technical and service-related issues efficiently
✔ Provide accurate information and effective solutions
✔ Make outbound calls to customers/partners when required
🔹 Requirements
✅ 6+ months of customer service experience preferred (Freshers can apply)
✅ Minimum qualification: High School Diploma
✅ Excellent written communication skills
✅ Basic computer proficiency
✅ Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift
✅ Travel & hospitality experience is a plus
