Role :

Handle inbound customer queries through live chat related to banking products and services. Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses, resolve customer concerns within defined TAT, maintain proper documentation, and ensure compliance with quality and security guidelines while delivering a positive customer experience.

Requirements :

• 1 year mandatory documented experience in Domestic or International Chat Process

• Strong written communication skills

• Basic knowledge of customer support/banking processes
