𝗪𝗘 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗛𝗜𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 | 𝗗𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗖 & 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗖𝗨𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗥 𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧 𝗘𝗫𝗘𝗖𝗨𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘 (𝗩𝗢𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗦 & NON VOICE PROCESS)

Location: Ambattur Industrial Estate (Ambit IT Park), Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹32,000 (Fixed)

𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗢𝗟𝗘

We are hiring Domestic & International Customer Support Executives (Voice Process & Non Voice Process) to handle customer interactions and deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced BPO environment.
Freshers are also welcome.

𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally

• Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints efficiently

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

• Provide timely and relevant information to customers

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues

• Meet performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, resolution rate)

𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗚𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗖𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗔

• Graduate (mandatory)

• 0 – 3 years of experience (Freshers can apply)

• Strong English communication skills

• Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving ability

• Open to night shift

• Comfortable with 6 days working week
