🧑‍💼 Role: Fulfilment Executive (CS Executive)

📍 Location: Bangalore (Onsite)
💼 Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Logistics Industry Mandatory)

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage load & lorry matchmaking efficiently across multiple routes.

• Ensure seamless fulfilment of shipments with high customer satisfaction.

• Engage with transporters and customers for negotiation and coordination.

• Provide customer support and upsell cross-platform services when applicable.

• Track daily operations and maintain accurate data using Google Sheets and reporting tools.

• Support the team in handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced logistics environment.

✅ What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience in logistics operations, especially in load-lorry matchmaking.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Prior experience in customer service and cross-selling.

• Comfortable using Google Sheets and basic reporting tools.

• Fluent in Kannada & Hindi, working knowledge of English (additional languages are a plus).

• Highly organized, adaptable, and a quick problem solver.
