Job Responsibilities:

✔ Outbound sales of Health & Life Insurance products

✔ Connect with customers and explain insurance benefits

✔ Generate leads and achieve sales targets

✔ Build customer relationships and drive conversions

✔ Maintain quality and compliance standards

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

✔ HSC / Graduate with Minimum 6 Months Outbound Sales Experience Mandatory

✔ Experience in Outbound BFSI Sales Required

❌ Field Sales Experience Not Eligible

❌ Retail Sales Experience Not Eligible

✔ Good Written & Verbal Communication Skills Mandatory

🎂 Age Limit: Up to 35 Years

💰 Salary & Incentives:

💵 Salary: ₹16,000 to ₹22,000 In-Hand

📈 Salary Offered Based on Last Drawn In-Hand Salary

🎯 Unlimited Incentives (up to 1 Lakh)

🕒 Shift Details:

✔ Working Hours: Any 9 Hours Between 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM

✔ 6 Days Working

✔ 1 Rotational Week Off
