Location: Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru

Role Overview:
We are looking for a customer-focused and compassionate Customer Support Representative to assist patients with their queries, appointments, and service-related concerns while ensuring a smooth patient care experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle patient calls and respond to queries professionally.
Assist with appointment scheduling and follow-ups.
Provide accurate information about services and treatments.
Maintain patient records and ensure timely coordination.
Ensure patient satisfaction through effective communication.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English and Kannada.
Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-friendly attitude.
Basic computer knowledge.
Prior experience in customer support or patient care is preferred.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday
