Hi,
We are hiring for multiple Customer Support Executive roles across different processes.

📌 Open Positions:

Medical Process (Inbound)
E-commerce Support (Inbound)
ConfirmTKT (Voice Process – Inbound & Outbound)

🎯 Job Role:

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls
Resolve customer queries effectively
Provide accurate information
Maintain customer records
Ensure high customer satisfaction

🎓 Eligibility:

Qualification: Minimum PUC / Any Graduate
Freshers can apply
Basic computer knowledge required

🗣 Languages Required (as per process):

Kannada & English (Medical)
English & Hindi (E-commerce / ConfirmTKT)
Tamil & Telugu (if applicable roles)

💼 Skills:

Good communication skills
Problem-solving ability
Customer handling skills
Basic MS Office knowledge

💰 Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹18,000 CTC (based on process)
