Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently.
Address customer queries, resolve concerns, and manage complaints politely.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system.
Provide accurate product/service information to customers.

Coordinate with internal departments to resolve complex issues.

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
