Customer Care Representative

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle customer calls professionally, provide exceptional customer support, and resolve queries related to our services. 🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently.

• Address customer queries, resolve concerns, and manage complaints politely.

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system.

• Provide accurate product/service information to customers.

• Follow up with customers when required.

• Meet daily/weekly performance targets.

• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve complex issues.

✅ Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers can apply)

• Good communication skills (Hindi required, Basic English preferred).

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems preferred).

• Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven environment.
