Role Overview
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Semi-Voice Process to handle customer interactions through calls, chats, and emails. The role focuses on providing accurate information, resolving customer queries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls, chats, and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and assess customer needs, clarify information, and provide suitable solutions
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate to the Customer Support Head when required
- Build strong and sustainable customer relationships through clear and open communication
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and share with concerned teams when necessary

Salary & Benefits
Salary up to ₹17,000 to ₹23,000 in hand for experienced candidates
