Customer Service Representative – Cookie Cartel (Mumbai)

Cookie Cartel is one of India’s fastest-growing premium cookie brands, known for indulgent, high-quality products and a strong online presence. We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to manage customer interactions across calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries related to orders, deliveries, products, and general brand engagement. You will be responsible for responding to messages and DMs on platforms like Instagram, ensuring timely and professional communication while maintaining the brand’s tone and personality.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, well-spoken, and comfortable managing multiple conversations simultaneously. You should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to resolve issues quickly while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, messages, and customer queries

• Respond to Instagram and WhatsApp DMs promptly

• Manage order-related concerns and coordinate with operations

• Maintain response logs and track customer feedback

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• Experience in customer service or e-commerce preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

package starts at 18K to 30K - depending on experience
