ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the position of Customer Support Executive – Inbound Voice Process. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer calls, understanding their concerns, providing appropriate solutions, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally.

• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information and solutions.

• Maintain a positive and professional approach while interacting with customers.

• Record and update customer information accurately in the system.

• Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

• Meet assigned performance and customer service targets.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Good English communication skills preferred.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

• Candidates who are comfortable working rotational day and night shifts.

SALARY: ₹15,200 per month (In-Hand)
