Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in English and be comfortable assisting customers through calls, chats, or emails.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.

• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements

• Fluent to basic English communication skills.

• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Salary

💰 ₹13,000 – ₹19,000 per month (depending on skills and experience)
