Position: Customer Care Executive (Domestic & International Process)
Location: Vadodara
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 CTC per month

Job Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat.
Provide information regarding products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally.
Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
Follow company guidelines and quality standards.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Skills Required
Good communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Typing and data entry skills.
Customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work in a team environment.
