We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our HR Voice Process team. The selected candidates will support applicants throughout the hiring journey by assisting them in completing applications, conducting candidate screening, scheduling or rescheduling joining dates, and sharing onboarding details. The role involves regular interaction with candidates through phone calls, emails, and instant messaging while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to candidates and encourage them to complete job applications. Schedule or reschedule candidates’ first day of work and share joining details. Review application forms and ensure all information is accurately completed. Handle inbound calls and resolve candidate queries efficiently. Respond to candidate queries via email, chat, or text messages. Resolve issues through ticketing platforms; knowledge of ServiceNow will be an advantage. Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience. Maintain a quality score of 90% or above consistently. Escalate complex issues to the relevant stakeholders when required. Ensure process controls are followed and documentation is maintained accurately. Suggest process improvement ideas to reduce time, improve accuracy, and strengthen controls. Participate actively in team-building activities. Ensure confidentiality and security of client and candidate data. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Eligibility Criteria Prior experience in an international contact center environment (preferably US process). Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls. Ability to work under strict timelines and performance targets. Neutral accent with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information responsibly. Flexible and adaptable to changing work schedules. Comfortable working on multiple systems and tools simultaneously. Strong logical thinking and analytical skills. Willingness to work in any US shift (EST / CST / MST / PST). Willingness to work rotational shifts and rotational week offs as required
